Ambassador Mikami's Courtesy Call on Hon. Syakalima, Minister of Education

On 9^th February 2026, Ambassador MIKAMI Akiteru paid a courtesy call on Honourable Douglas Syakalima, Minister of Education.
 
Ambassador Mikami and the Minister exchanged views on the Government of Zambia’s free education policy and discussed Japan–Zambia cooperation in the education sector. They confirmed their commitment to further strengthening bilateral cooperation in education, including support for STEM education.
