Ambassador-Designate Mizuuchi Pays a Courtesy Call on Brigadier General John Albert Bulawayo, Chief of Protocol, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Zambia

On Wednesday, 23 October 2019, Mr. Ryuta Mizuuchi, Ambassador-Designate of Japan in the Republic of Zambia paid a courtesy call on Brigadier General John Albert Bulawayo, Chief of Protocol, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Zambia. Mr. Mizuuchi pointed out that the success of TICAD 7 had brought about a turning point in the relations between Japan and Africa. He further expressed his aspirations to deepen Zambia-Japan relationship, which has entered a new phase of cooperation, and to keep close communication between the Embassy and the Ministry. Brig. Gen. Bulawayo expressed congratulations on the Enthronement of the new Emperor of Japan, as well as his appreciation for Japan’s various contributions, including JICA projects, all over Zambia and his hope to maintain the strong tie between the two countries.
