Presentation of the letter of Credence to the President of the Republic of Zambia

On November 2nd, 2016, Ambassador-designate of Japan Mr. Hidenobu Sobashima presented the letter of credence to His Excellency Mr. Edgar Chagwa Lungu, President of the Republic of Zambia.
At the presentation ceremony, Ambassador Sobashima expressed his determination to do his best for further strengthening and enhancing the friendly and cordial relationship between Japan and Zambia.
President Lungu expressed his gratitude for Japan’s cooperation to Zambia for a long time and hoped for further development of the bilateral relations, including in the fields of trade and investment.
