JAPAN FILM FESTIVAL 2015

 

 

 

The Embassy of Japan in Zambia hosted the Japan Film Festival 2015 in Lusaka from 15th to 17th September, 2015 at SterKinekor, Arcades Mall Cinema, where more than 500 people in total watched Japanese films over the three days.

 

Hon. Sydney Mushanga, M.P., Deputy Minister, Ministry of Education, Science, Vocational Training & Early Education was the Guest of Honour at the vent. He officiated at the Premiere night, giving a speech in appreciation of the Japan Film Festival. From the Embassy of Japan, H.E. Mr. Kiyoshi Koinuma, Ambassador of Japan to Zambia delivered the opening address.

 

Although there are not many occasions available for experiencing Japanese Culture in Zambia, this annual festival is expected to enhance mutual understanding by expanding the relationship between Japan and Zambia.
